Elbow Tendonitis – Golfers Elbow, Tennis Elbow

This week we’re looking at a common injury that affects athletes from a variety of different sports: Elbow Tendonitis.
Elbow tendonitis is commonly an overuse injury resulting in inflammation and pain around the elbow joint. Although the condition effects slightly different areas of the elbow, depending on the type of sports or activity that caused it, sports such as golf, tennis and throwing sports like baseball, cricket, javelin, tennis serving and volleyball spiking are commonly associated with elbow tendonitis.
