So I finally got a blog

I know I’m probably one of the last people on the internet to get a blog, but here it is; finally. So why did I even need a blog?
My marketing manager tells me it’s a great way to keep all our customers and subscribers up-to-date. Apparently you can subscribe to our feed (whatever that is) and you’ll get notified every time we release a new article or make a special announcement.
So go ahead. If you’re into bloging and RSS and all that stuff jump on our feed and we’ll keep you up-to-date on all the going-ons at The Stretching Institute. Or, you can always join our subscriber list here.

I am currently doing my Yoga Teacher Training with the British Wheel of Yoga and finding your articles interesting and helpful.I also cycle and do some gym work and a bit of running and sometimes have achilles tendon trouble.

Thank’s Brad for keeping up with advices on stretching…I love it !!
As a coach, I always check my training groups after any run for stretching, forme me it’s essential to prevent injuries…I am 65 on the clock !! and still running marathons !!
