Knee Injuries and Knee Pain

By Brad | April 20, 2010

About 6 months ago I was asked to write another book; which will be a follow up from my Anatomy of Sports Injuries book.

This new book however, will just focus on sports injuries of the knee, and will include information on knee anatomy, plus knee injury prevention, treatment and rehabilitation.

So when I started to put my thoughts on paper for the new book, the first place I looked was our archive of articles on knee injuries, which brings me to our articles for this week.

Below are 2 very common knee injuries that effect athletes from a wide variety of sports: The first is Patellar Tendonitis, or Jumpers Knee. And the second is Illiotibial Band Syndrome, or ITB Syndrome. I hope you enjoy them…
