Stretching and Muscle Fascia
By Brad | January 11, 2011
To get the ball rolling for 2011, I’ve got a brand new article on muscle fascia and how it affects your flexibility and the way you stretch. Plus, the article also includes a 5 minute video that explains what occurs when your muscle fascia starts to bind together due to a lack of movement and stretching. If nothing else, make sure you watch the video.

Strength Training for Injury Prevention
By Brad | November 2, 2010
I often get asked for information and articles on strength training, and normally I leave that to the Strength & Conditioning experts. But I got to thinking….
While there’s plenty of information on the net about strength training to get bigger muscles, or to jump higher, or to run faster; there’s very little information about how to use strength training to prevent injury. So I thought…. Let’s do a series on Strength Training for Injury Prevention.
I’ve put together 6 articles on various strength training topics, like: cross training; interval training; circuit training; plyometrics, and more. Here’s the first 3 below….
- Strength Training for Injury Prevention
- Cross Training for Injury Prevention
- Interval Training and High Intensity Training
I’ll have the next 3 ready for you in a week or two. Until then; stay healthy, keep stretching and God bless.

By Brad | October 19, 2010

And part of the confusion comes from the fact, that as an industry, the terms used in stretching and flexibility training have not been clearly defined.
So, this week’s article is more of a glossary of terms or a dictionary of common terms used in stretching and flexibility training. I hope you enjoy it….
